The company Münzus Tiefbohrtechnik was established in 2010 by Uli Münzenmaier. Since 2014 the company has been located in Kohlberg (Baden-Württemberg) where high-precision deep drilling shanks (‘made in Germany’) are manufactured.

The company initially started as sub-contractor of a nearby manufacturer of gun drills. Now, with more than 25 years of experience in the field of deep drilling shanks, we focus is not only on the manufacture but also on the sale of these products to a variety of customers.

Each gun drill manufacturer worldwide relying on the supply of deep drilling shanks shall be able to be provided by an independent supplier.
